Joe Manganiello to Release Fitness Book Because the World Likes Him Shirtless

Many people first fell in love with Joe Manganiello when he went totally buck naked as Alcide the werewolf in the hot and raunchy vampire series True Blood. Many others may have been swooned by his bumping and grinding abilities as the lovable Big Dick Richie in the family favorite, Magic Mike. Whatever you loved him in, you can't help but not be enamored by the rippling wonder of his abs. That being said, he has decided that he would release a fitness book titled, Joe Manganiello's Evolution: The Cutting-Edge Guide to Breaking Down Mental Walls and Building the Body You’ve Always Wanted. That's a mouthful. (That's what she said — nailed it.) It will share all his secrets on fitness and diet. I am hoping it will have a couple of lap dancing tips as well.

When announcing the book (which is set to be released January 2014) , Mr. Manganiello said, "I wasn’t born this way. I was the kid in high school who couldn’t do one dip, one pull up… I was also the kid who never gave up. Through years of blood, sweat, and tears, I cut through all of the myths surrounding every aspect of fitness and training."

Now he is just an object of male fantasy on all ends of the spectrum — and we can all be just like him. Abs and all.
